A light at the darkest time of year, Dundalk's annual Luminary Night will return on Friday, Dec. 16, to bring holiday cheer to residents young and old. The event, sponsored by the Dundalk-Patapsco Neck Historical Society, the Dundalk Renaissance Corporation and Dunmanway Apartments, is in its eighth year.
